Stichting Hogeschool van Amsterdam  (HvA) has agreed on a long-term prolongation of its current lease agreement for building Kroonstate located at H.J.E. Wenckebachweg 144 - 148 in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel.

This prolongation involves 14,290 m² and 130 parking spacing located in the parking garage below the building.

HvA  is the sole tenant of the building Kroonstate  located in the Amstel business Park, adjacent to the A10 and in the direct vicinity of  metro stop Spaklerweg.

In order to fulfill its educational purposes, the lessor, together with HvA, has applied for an addition to the office zoning scheme of the building, which it recently acquired.

Holland Realty Partners acted as advisor to lessor Tasman Properties C.V.. In addition, Holland Realty Partners, on behalf of the lessor and lessee , coordinated the zoning scheme application in cooperation with the municipality Ouder-Amstel.
