Tasman Properties has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Stichting Star Medisch Diagnostisch Centrum for approximately 1650 m² of office space in Blakeburg located at Blaak 20 - 24 in Rotterdam. As of 1 September 2011,  Blakeburg is leased to a combination of local (medical) care services. Stichting Star Medisch Diagnostisch Centrum will be using the majority of the available space. The office space will be refurbished into a medical centre in the near future.

Additional lessees that have committed themselves to the new medical institution are o.a. Praktijk Fysiotherapie Leuvehaven and various medical practitioners. There are two additional floors available in Blakeburg with a total floor space of approximately 4,000 m².
